And everything to do with our unprocessed emotions and the story we were attaching to them? 

Its ok! We, as human beings, have all experienced this. We are all a work in progress!  

When we are upset, or in pain, it’s easy for those strong emotions to come flying out of our mouths as words.  

I specialize in supporting individuals to cultivate a deeper and more intimate connection with themselves, by bringing awareness to unprocessed and unhealed events and emotions.  

When we begin to practice pausing, instead of immediately responding, and cultivate awareness around our triggers, we are better poised to engage with ourselves and others in a more fulfilling way and, from a place of compassion, empathy, and kindness.

One that focuses on the individual as a whole, and integrates the connection between mind, body, and spirit. I appreciate and honor that we are all unique and our struggles can be complex, layered and needing various forms of support.  

I am skilled at helping people explore issues related to childhood and adult trauma, anxiety, depression, stress, relationship challenges, and life transitions.  

My work weaves together my therapeutic background, Somatic Experiencing®, Energy Healing, mindfulness and skill building. I use an  interactive approach that will nourish your nervous system, deepen your connection to self and others, and shift what is getting in the way of living a healthy, fuller, more balanced life.
