Grounded In Embodiment Somatic Psychotherapy
A Body Based Approach to Healing
~ Change begins when we listen to what the body is already holding.
~
Welcome
Welcome! I’m glad you found your way here.
Being here means some part of you is ready for change, even if you can’t yet name what that is. The good news is, you don’t have to have everything figured out to begin. Whether you are arriving with curiosity, readiness, or simply a quiet sense that something needs to shift, it is enough.
My intention is to walk alongside you as you make gentle, meaningful shifts that open space for greater presence, steadiness, ease, balance and joy.
I offer body-centered psychotherapy shaped by over 28 years of clinical experience and grounded in Brainspotting, Somatic Experiencing, and parts-based work. My approach is gentle and collaborative, supporting the gradual unwinding of stress and long-held patterns. In doing so, spacious for reconnection with your inner wisdom becomes possible, along with a deeper sense of feeling more at home and at ease within yourself.
Curious About Working Together?
We May Be a Good Fit If:
You're curious about a slower more attuned approach that includes listening to your body and the wisdom it carries.
Your wanting to develop greater self-awareness and self- acceptance
You’d like to gently reconnect with parts of yourself that may have felt dismissed or quieted.
You want to learn how to stay present with doubts, fears, and limiting beliefs without feeling flooded, shut down, or pulled into old survival patterns.
You’re curious about how past experiences may still be impacting your nervous system, physical, and emotional responses.
You’re ready to live and lead from a more grounded heart centered place.
I’m passionate about supporting people in reconnecting to their inner wisdom. As we make gentle shifts in deeply held patterns and self limiting narratives, space opens for the health, healing, and joy that already lives within each of us.
I wholeheartedly welcome you.
Pathways of Working Together
My work is informed by Somatic Experiencing, Brainspotting, and parts informed therapy, approaches that help us work with deeper layers of experiences that live beyond word, and in the body.
